Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on
add to cart
for any items that you wish to buy. You can alter the items in your shopping cart at any time, click on
shopping cart
and make your amendments.
After you have finished your selection, click on
Checkout
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept all Major credit cards or Switch & Delta debit cards . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We use the latest secure 128 bit encryption for online transactions. You may also send your credit card information via phone or snail mail.
Please do not
send your credit card details by fax or by e-mail.
Shipping And Handling
You will be able to select your preferred method of shipping and payment when you go to the checkout.
Please note
in many cases you will notice that shipping charges may not increase for several items ordered at the same time, as we are charged by weight up-to a certain limit (shipping costs will work out more economical for you to order all of the items you need at the same time, if this is possible).

Delivery Schedule
Weekdays Monday to Friday any order received before 3pm will be shipped the same day. Please note our couriers do not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries (unless pre-arranged).
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using the latest secure 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
When you go to the checkout please have your credit card to hand, as you will be asked for the last three digits found on the signature strip of the card, we will match this with the card companies information to ensure the card details have not been copied or electronically duplicated without the card holders consent. ( for Amex cards the four digit code is used found just above the card number )

Returns Policy
Simply return the package to Brymar Online Shops using the address at the bottom of this page, and we'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund. Please note that all items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
We are unable to make refunds for goods that have been missused or damaged by abnormal use. We can only refund the card holder using the original order details.
